Where we deliver

Online checkout currently supports United States billing and delivery addresses. Shipping availability is checked during checkout. If your address cannot be accepted online, contact our showroom before paying.

International shipments are not offered through the current online checkout.

Free shipping and complimentary padding

Standard shipping and complimentary rug padding are included with rug purchases as shown on our website. Shipping is included in the displayed rug sale price; applicable sales tax is shown before payment.

Expedited shipping, unusual handling, or other special arrangements must be discussed with our team before you order. We will explain any separate charge for a requested special arrangement before you agree to it.

Preparing your order and delivery timing

Full payment is required before a rug is released for shipping, delivery, or pickup. Any specific dispatch or delivery estimate will be shown with your order or confirmed by our team. We do not promise a fixed delivery time for every rug or destination.

Carrier delivery dates are estimates and may change. If we cannot ship within a promised shipment period, we will notify you and provide the option to agree to a revised date or cancel the unshipped merchandise for a refund, as required by applicable law. If we cannot supply your order, we will arrange the required refund.

Tracking your shipment

Once your shipment has been arranged, use the tracking information provided for the carrier handling your order. A shipping-label notification does not necessarily mean that the carrier has collected the package.

Contact our showroom if tracking does not update, an order appears lost, or you need assistance with delivery.

Showroom pickup

If you select pickup, collect your order at our Alexandria showroom after our team confirms it is ready. Bring your order or invoice number. Full payment is required before collection.

Addresses and delivery concerns

Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address, including apartment or unit details. Contact us immediately if an address needs correction; changes may not be possible once the shipment is with the carrier.

For damaged, incorrect, or missing deliveries, contact us with your order number and relevant photos. Keep the packaging while the issue is reviewed.

Cleaning and repair pickup or delivery

Pickup and delivery for cleaning or repair services are separate from shipping a purchased rug. The service invoice records whether your rugs are collected, dropped off at the showroom, delivered back, or collected by you. Any charge or free service is shown on that invoice.
